There's not much to know, but since you asked...
Samuel graduated from Anchor Baptist Bible College with his Bachelor of Arts in Missions. He has studied/translated Greek and has been signing ASL for 7 years. Samuel has served the Lord as a counselor, music director, Sunday School teacher, prison ministry preacher, and counselor to the deaf, inner city kids, and teenagers. He has also embarked on two short-term mission trips to the Philippines. Currently, he is on staff at the Chattanooga Rescue Mission, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless in a gospel-oriented environment.
When not busy wearing his multiple ministry hats, Samuel enjoys backpacking, hiking, reading, deep conversations, and going on dates.
Favorite foods include southwestern cuisine, biscuits and gravy, and ice cream. (Yes, he's lactose intolerant. No, he doesn't let that stop him from eating ice cream.)
Pet peeves include small talk, the gas tank being under the halfway point, and cats. (They just don't taste like any proper meat.)
Alicia graduated from Faith Bible Institute with a 4.0 in her 3-year diploma. She has served the Lord as a church pianist for 8 years, teaching Sunday School, counseling young people, and mentoring young ladies. She embarked on one short-term mission trip to the Philippines and has been dutifully endeavoring to sign ASL for 2 years. Currently, she is occupied with marketing her historical fiction titles and completing her two WIPs. She enjoys working in the public schools with Good News Club and volunteering in her church and at the mission.
When not busy writing, Alicia enjoys hiking, volleyball, reading, deep conversations, going on dates, shopping, interior decorating, and playing with her miniature teacup Schnauzer. She is also firmly dedicated to her relationship with Pinterest.
Favorite foods include southwestern cuisine, chocolate, and coffee. (No, she is not addicted to coffee. She is in a committed relationship.)
Pet peeves include small talk, loud chewing, Folgers coffee, and bad musical timing.
Together, Samuel and Alicia desire to glorify the Lord through their marriage, their ministries, and this blog.
